I kicked interview ASS. Partway through I said "So, how am I doing?" and she laughed and said "You're doing great, like you didn't know that." Apparently I "nailed" the last scenario. Heh. Props to the stepmom with a heavy background in grief counseling. :D

She's going to call the woman I interviewed with the first time and see if she can arrange a ride-along for me. I doubt they do that with just *anyone*.
