I've uncovered a heretofore hidden talent for woodburning. The kind where you use a very hot pencil-like implement to create pretty designs, NOT the fire-building kind, wiseasses.

Weird.

Anyone need any pretty designs burned into wood?

Are you SURE you want to know? You are, after all, still pretty young and impressionable, and I wouldn't want you going and corrupting your pure-as-the-driven-snow classmates at that prestigious religious-based academy of yours.. ;)

Actually, I was out ImpulseShopping (one of my bad habits when I'm feeling all snarky) and, still on the lookout for a solution to my desk problem, decided to get one of those nifty woodcrafting pens. Gotta say we didn't have anything this nice when *I* took shop, lo those many moons ago, which is probably why I never realized that I'm pretty good at it. :D
